Meetings for all members will be held at the same library location, albeit in separate rooms.
For both R- and C-Members, seminars will be held at the beginning of the meeting.
For those in the competition group, mentors will be matched with students on a per-meeting basis, based on the match between mentor expertise and project topic. The figure below [redacted] displays our student/teacher ratios for JD and SD. Each project will have 2 mentors, and completing one mentorship session for all projects takes 1 hour, given that each student has 15 minutes with each mentor.
